Project details

The redevelopment of Fort House is a joint project between Port of Leith and City of Edinburgh Council which will see construction of 94 new homes. 62 mid market rent homes will be provided through Port of Leith HA.
32 homes for social rent will be provided by the City of Edinburgh Council.

Project timescales

Work began on site with the demolition of the old council blocks in June and the whole site was completed by December 2017.
