- In terms of the Gambling Act 2005 you can apply for the following premises licence: Betting premises, Bingo, Adult gaming centre, Family entertainment centre, Unlicensed family entertainment centre, Casino, Betting track, Small Society Lottery Registration
- Who should apply?
- Anyone who wants to provide ‘Gambling’ activities within premises should apply for a licence. A licence is also required to hold a lottery (a raffle)

All forms to be used for premises' licence applications under the Gambling Act 2005 are available from the Gambling commission website. Please remember that you must submit your completed application form together with the relevant fee to the Licensing Board
