Breach of activities
Without listed building consent, the installation of a red uPVC framed glazed door with integrated fanlight, and the application of timber boarding to the pilasters of the shopfront, creating four columns.
Requirements
Restore the property to its condition prior to the breach of listed building consent by replacing the uPVC door and integral fanlight, referred to in part 3 of this notice, with a half glazed wooden door, with astragal fanlight above, and timber side panel. For the avoidance of doubt annotated photographs are attached to this notice indicating the features to be removed, and the previous half glazed door, side panel and astragal fanlight. In addition, remove the timber boards which have been affixed to the pilasters and restore the original shopfront, carrying out repairs to any damage caused to the stone by the installation or removal of the unauthorised works.
