Breach of activities
The following condition has not been complied with:- The hours of operation shall be restricted from 0800hrs to 2100hrs daily. Reason: In order to safeguard the amenity of neighbouring residents and other occupiers.

As the person responsible for the breach of condition specified in paragraph 4 of this notice, you are required to comply with the stated condition by Time for compliance: 28 days beginning with the day on which this notice is served on you.
