Without listed building consent, the installation of metal trunking within the common stair of the building. The trunking is located beneath the cornice and runs throughout the entire stair area from the entrance floor to the fourth floor of the building. A photograph of part of the trunking is enclosed with this notice for information.
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised trunking and restore the wall to its former state, repairing any damage caused through the installation or removal of the trunking.
