Without planning permission, the laying of approximately 70 square metres of grey setts (specified as Marshalls Driveset Tegula "Pennant Grey" in application 14/03974/FUL) within the front garden of the property; the erection of two grey timber sheds on the northern boundary of the rear garden (Shed 1: 2.4 metres by 3.6 metres and 2.1 metres high; Shed 2: 3 metres by 4 metres and 2.6 metres high); and the installation of a 1.8 metre high larch timber fence on the northern boundary of the rear garden.
Requirements
Remove the area of grey setts from within the front garden of the property and remove the two sheds and fence on the northern boundary within the rear garden of the property.
