Breach of activities
Without planning permission, alterations to the front and rear of the property that materially differs from the one granted planning permission under reference 15/04257/FUL. Specifically, the breaches are as follows: (i) - Installation of squat uPVC window on the front elevation, as opposed to a timber window with vertical emphasis as approved. (ii) - The installation of a timber entrance door on the front elevation with plant on astragal fanlight, as opposed to the double doors with glazed panels and four pane astragal detail as approved. (iii) - The installation of two uPVC windows, and two uPVC doors on the rear elevation of the building, as opposed to the timber detail as approved. (iv) - The installation of a uPVC flue, protruding from the front of the building, and protective cage. (v) - The alteration of an existing timber window on the front elevation, with the insertion of new double glazing and plant on astragal detail. (vi) - The installation of a uPVC vent pipe on the rear elevation. (vii) - The removal of a four panel astragal window on the rear elevation and insertion of bricks into the opening.
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised works and implement the scheme as consented through planning application 15/04257/FUL, specifically; (i) - Remove the squat uPVC window on the front elevations and install split pane timber window, with astragal detail as approved and shown on drawing number 'RTN 102 C' (production 1). (ii) - Remove the single timber entrance door, with fanlight and plant on astragal detail, and install timber double doors with glazed panels and four pane astragal detail as approved, and shown on drawing number 'RTN 102 C (production 1). (iii) - Remove the two uPVC windows, and two uPVC doors on the rear elevation of the building, and install the six pane timber astragal windows, and timber framed doors, as approved, and shown on drawing number 'RTN 102 C (production 1). (iv) - Remove the flue and protective grill from the front elevation, as shown in (production 3), and restore the stone wall to its former state, using materials to match existing, thereby repairing any damage caused through the installation or removal of the flue. (v) - Remove the unauthorised double glazed window, with associated plant on astragals, from the front elevation of the property, as shown in (production 2), and reinstate the original sash and case window in terms of its profile, materials, and proportions. (vi) - Remove the unauthorised uPVC vent pipe from the rear elevation, as shown in (production 4), and restore the stone wall to its former state, using materials to match existing, thereby repairing any damage caused through the installation or removal of the pipe. (vii) - Unblock the window on the rear elevation, as shown in (production 5), and reinstate the window on the rear elevation of the property to match the original window in terms of its profile, materials and proportions.
