Without listed building consent, the affixing of three wooden planter boxes measuring 101 cm long by 32 cm high by 25 cm deep (they have chamfered edges) to the railings surrounding the front basement area with metal bolts. Plastic watering tubes are also entwined through the railings, serving the boxes.
Requirements
To restore the building to its condition prior to the carrying out of the alteration by removing the wooden planter boxes, fixings and water tubes.
