Without listed building consent, the alteration of the design of the original stallriser; the installation of solid roller shutters; the removal of the recessed doorway and the re-painting of the shopfront.
Requirements
Restore the building to its condition prior to the carrying out of the unauthorised alterations by: a) removing the stallriser and installing a fielded timbe stallriser in its place; b) removing the roller shutters; c) reinstating the recessed doorway layout; d) removing the plastic advertisement reading "Partyzone Fancy Dress for all occasions www.anycostume.co.uk" from the fascia; e) repaint the fascia using RAL colour 5005 - Signal Blue.
