Without express advertisement consent, the installation of the following advertisement: The erection of an advertisement, consisting of a background fascia panel which is black in colour, with blue and red lettering reading 'Turkish Ada Restaurant', and four light fixtures on the east facing facade at fascia level extending the entire width of the premises. For the avoidance of doubt a photograph has been included within this notice showing the unauthorised signage.
