Without planning permission, the unauthorised installation of timber pedestrian and vehicular gates and fence across Baberton Loan and the entrance to the walkway thereby closing off a public right of way.
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised pedestrian and vehicular gates and fence across Baberton Loan and alter the gate on the north side of the Water of Leith walkway to allow unfettered public access down Baberton Loan to the Water of Leith walkway. The position of the pedestrian and vehicular gates referred to indicated in blue on the attached location plan.
