Without planning permission, the installation of four UPVC framed windows on the first floor of the front elevation of the tenement.
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised UPVC windows which have been installed on the front elevation of the premises as set out in Section 3 of this notice, and reinstate the previous aluminium windows or units to match the originals in terms of profile, materials, glazing pattern and proportions.
