Breach of activities
Without express advertisement consent, the display of advertisements on the premises comprising the following: (i) - One green perspex internally illuminated fascia advertisement integrated into an ATM which has been installed into the premises frontage, measuring 50 centimetres in width by 17 centimetres in height. (ii) - Two green and black internally illuninated perspex signs. One located directly beneath the ATM and measuring 71 centimetres in width by 21 centimetres in height, and one located directly above the ATM measuring 71 centimetres in width by 40 centimetres in height.
Requirements
Remove all the advertisements specified in section 3 of this notice, and their associated fixings, from the land affected.
