Without planning permission, the installation of seven UPVC framed windows on the front and rear elevations of the premises. Four UPVC windows have been installed on the front elevation, including three windows forming a bay window, and three UPVC windows have been installed on the rear elevation.
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised UPVC windows which have been installed on the front and rear elevations of the premises as set out in Section 3 of this notice, and reinstate the original timber sash and case windows, or units to match the originals in terms of profile, materials, glazing pattern and proportions.
