The signage above the entrance door and the four signs erected between each window on the upper fascia are illuminated. Illuminated signage would require express planning advertisement consent. There is no record of this having been obtained and a breach of control has occurred.
Requirements
Remove the signage specified in Section 3 of this notice from the building at 130 East Claremont Street, Edinburgh.
