The site is an end terrace house, located on the west side of Gogarloch Syke, known as 173 Gogarloch Syke, Edinburgh shown edged in red on the attached plan.
Requirements
In terms of Section 179 of the Act NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council requires the following steps to be taken to remedy the harm caused due to the condition of the land at 173 Gogarloch Syke, Edinburgh. (a) Remove all building related materials including bricks, paving slabs, wooden pallets, timber, household items, windows, doors, rubble, bags of cement, fencing, fence posts, flooring, tins of paint/primer, wiring, scrap metal and plastic boxes from the curtilage of the property. Thereby restoring the property to its former state prior to the unauthorised depositing of materials.
