Without listed building consent, the removal of the following metal framed casement windows: East elevation: seven windows shown as W1, W2, W3, W17, W18, W20 and W26 as shown on the attached drawing; West elevation: three windows shown as W8, W23 and W24 as shown on the attached drawing; South elevation: eight windows shown as W2, W3, W8, W18, W19, W20, W21 and W22 as shown on the attached drawing; North elevation: ten windows shown as W1, W2, W14, W15, W17, W18, W26, W27, W28 and W29 as shown on the attached drawing. Retrospective listed building consent (reference: 17/05528/LBC) was refused on 09 February 2018.
Requirements
Remove the seven unauthorised timber window units from the east elevation, three timber window units from the west elevation, eight timber window units from the south elevation and ten timber window units from the north elevation from the property known as 1 Grant Avenue, Edinburgh and install metal casement units to match the originals in terms of proportions and astragal pattern.
