Breach of activities
Without express advertisement consent, the installation of illuminated signage on the fascia at basement and ground floor level. The signage is in the form of individual lettering with bright red illumination. There is also an internally illuminated box sign mounted on a pole which is positioned upon the entrance platt at the ground floor entrance. For the avoidance of doubt a photograph showing the unauthorised signage has been attached to this notice.
Requirements
1) Remove the illuminated signage advertising 'Soba' displayed on the ground floor fascia; 2) Remove the illuminated directional signage advertising 'kitchen' on the fascia at basement level; and 3) Remove the illuminated mounted and projecting logo sign and pole from the entrance platt at 104 Hanover Street, Edinburgh.
