Without listed building consent, the installation of: i) An applied fascia panel positioned above the common stair entrance displaying the words 'Linton Collection' and ii) A projecting internally illuminated box sign located at high level on the south side of the common stair entrance also displaying the words 'Linton Collection'.
Requirements
Remove the advertisements identified in section 3, above and make good any damage to the fabric of the building caused by the fixings of the advertisements.
