Breach of activities
Without express advertisement consent, the display of an advertisement within the curtilage of the property comprising the following: i) An applied fascia panel positioned above the common stair entrance displaying the words 'Linton Collection' and ii) A projecting internally illuminated box sign located at high level on the south side of the common stair entrance.
Requirements
Remove the advertisement identified in section 3, abovve and make good any damage to the fabric of the building caused by the fixings of the advertisements.
