Without listed building consent, the installation of two air conditioning units at first floor level on the rear elevation of the building, fronting Niddry Street South. In addition, the removal of glazing from the astragals of three windows immediately behing these features with the installation of metal sheeting behind the frames.
Requirements
Restore the property to its condition prior to the breach of listed building consent by removing the two air conditioning units, carrying out repairs to any damage caused to the stone by the installation or removal of the unauthorised works. In addition, remove the metal sheeting which have been attached to the windows and reinstate the glazing to its condition prior to the breach.
