Upgrade of street lighting in Hutchison/Chesser - Petitions (Invalid)

I would like the City of Edinburgh Council to upgrade the street lighting in the above area. The roads and pavements are inadequately illuminated. People do not feel safe after dark due to the lack of modern street lighting.
