Without express advertisement consent, the installation of an illuminated advertisement panel above an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) displaying "free cash withdrawals". The ATM is located in the southernmost shop window of the shop frontage facing out onto Broughton Street. The ATM panel is black in colour with a white illuminated logo.

Requirements

Remove the illuminated advertisement panel above the ATM identified in section 3, above and make good any damage to the fabric of the building caused by the fixings of the advertisements.
