Without planning permission, the installation of an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) and illuminated advertisement panel displaying "free cash withdrawals" within the southernmost shop window of the Broughton Street frontage.
Requirements
Remove the ATM and advertisement panel from the southernmost window of the Broughton Street elevation and reinstate the window to match the original opening in terms of its proportions, appearance and materials. Repair any damage caused to the window opening by the installation or removal of these features.
