Breach of activities
Without listed building consent, the installation of two internally illuminated advertisements fascia signs one on the north-east elevation and one on the north-west elevation of the building. In addition, without listed building consent, the fixing of a yellow banner accross the recessed entrance of the premises. For the avoidance of doubt an annotated photograph has been included within this notice showing the unauthorised signage.
Requirements
Remove the advertisements described in section 3 of this notice from the listed building affected, repairing any damage to the stonework of the building caused by the installation or removable of these items, using natural stone to match the existing stonework.
