Without planning permission, the installation of 'one over one' timber framed windows on the principal elevation at basement level. For the avoidance of doubt a photograph showing the unauthorised windows has been attached to this notice.
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised windows and replace with windows that match the former windows in terms of profile, materials, glazing pattern and proportions.
