Breach of activities
Without planning permission, alterations to the front of the property that materially differs from the one granted planning permission under reference 16/04770/FUL. Specifically, the contemporary glazed timber screen, which serves the living room, has been changed to a fifteen pane timber astragal design. In addition, ribbed glass has been used within the frames as opposed to the etched glass which is detailed on the approved drawings.
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised fifteen pane astragal screen with ribbed glass and implement the fixed timber screen with etched glass as approved and shown on the drawing number '16.04 PL 04' (production 1).
