Without planning permission, the unauthorised construction of timber pedestrian and vehicular gates on Baberton Loan and a pedestrian gate across the access from Baberton Loan to the Water of Leith walkway.
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised pedestrian and vehicular gates on Baberton Loan and the pedestrian gate on the north side of the Water of Leith walkway to allow public access between Baberton Loan and the Water of Leith walkway. For the avoidance of doubt, the position of the pedestrian and vehicular gates to be removed are indicated in blue on the attached location plan. The pedestrian and vehicular gates require to be removed to wholly restore the land to its former condition prior to the breach of planning control.
