Scope
The Managing Change Policy applies to all Council employees, including Teachers (except where redeployment is an outcome, they would revert to the Scheme of Compulsory Transfer of Teachers). The Policy sets out our approach to drive continual improvement when a significant requirement for change is identified. This policy aims to ensure that colleagues are engaged early in the design process and that they are engaged and supported throughout the process.
