Without listed building consent, the erection of the following advertisements, a rectangular metal sign which has been erected at string course level on the principal (south) elevation of the premises, two wooden board advertisements relating to the services available in the premises, each measuring 70 centimetres in height by 30 centimetres in width, attached to the boundary railings by metal chanins and wire, a double sided wooden board advertisements relating to the services available in the premises measuring 1.2 metres in height by 30 centimetres in width, attached to the railings marking the boundary between the site, and the neighbouring property to the south on Melville Place. A circular hanging sign erected on the side of the stone steps leading to the entrance door to the properties directly above.
Requirements
Remove the advertisements described in section 3 of this notice from the listed building affected, reparing any damage to the stonework of the building caused by the installation or removal of these items, using natural stone to match the exisitng stonework.
