Requirements
1) Remove the timber boards which have been fixed to the front (east) elevation of the premises at 5 Grassmarket and remove all associated fixing and fittings, including two flag poles, two security cameras and 13 metal hooks. Any damage to the original shop front caused by the installation or removal of the boards should be made good. 2) Remove six external lights that have been installed along the top of the shop front on the front (east) elevation of the premises at 5 Grassmarket. Any damage to the original shop front caused by the installation or removal of the lights should be made good. 3) Return the shop front on the front (east) elevation of the premises at 5 Grassmarket to its previous colour (black). 4) Remove the two white and blue vinyl adverts which have been applied to the upper part of the two shop front windows on the front (east) elevation of the premises at 5 Grassmarket.
