Without planning permission, the removal of a 900mm high stone wall defining the front boundary of the property and its replacement with a solid timber fence varying in height from a minimum 1.3m accounting for the topography of the immediate area.
Requirements
Remove the solid timber fence defining the front boundary of the property by removing the timber sleepers and the steel angled uprights, the reduction of the side timber fences to one metre in height and re-instate the 900mm high stone wall along the front boundary. This wall can allow for a vehicular access opening of 4.5m which was approved under application reference 17/03452/FUL.
