Requirements
Remove the solid timber fence defining the front boundary of the property by removing the timber sleepers and the steel angled uprights, the reduction of the side timber fences to one metre in height and re-instate the 900mm high stone wall along the front boundary. This wall can allow for a vehicular access opening of 4.5m which was approved under application reference 17/03452/FUL.
