Without Planning and Planning Listed Building Consent - the erection of a solid timber gate within the front boundary and the erection of a solid timber fence on top of the existing low stone front boundary wall.
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised timber fence and timber gate and repair any damage to the stone boundary wall and metal railings to their condition prior to authorised works.
