Without planning permission, the construction of an outbuilding and timber decking. The outbuilding and decking constituted operational development,. The outbuilding due to the property being in a CA and with the curtilage of a LB exceeds what is allowed in the Town and Country Planning. The timer decking also exceeds what is allowed. Planning Permision had not been granted or sought i n relation to t he works and therfore a breach of planning control had occurred
Requirements
Remove the large timber outbuilding described as being enclosed on three sides with a corrugated roof and remove or reduce the large area of timber decking to that allowed within a ca or curtilage of a lb.
