The site subject of the notice is located at 7 Leamington Rd on the corner of Rope Walk and opposite the Leamington Lift Bridge. It is approx 200m2 in area & is shown edged in red on the attached plan
Requirements
Remove the unauthorised temp building at the northern end of the site. Remove corrugated sheeting from the wall of the northern boundary opposite the Leamington Lift Bridge. Remove wooden panel covering the gate on the nothern boundary
