Remove the 6 unuathorised upvc framed windows ( 5 on the front elevation and 1 on the side elevation) at first floor level, and replace with 6 timber sash and case windows ( 5 on the front elevation and 1 on the side elevation) that replicate the desgn, proportions, appearance, materials, colour and opening method of the timber sash and case windows previously installed
