Requests for environmental information remain at 20 working days, with an option to extend for a further 20 working days if the request is complex.

If we can't give you the information, we will write to you. If you disagree with this or are unhappy with how we have dealt with your request, you can ask us to review the decision.

- environmental information about air and water quality, noise, waste and radiation, the plans or activities that affect these. Read the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.

Alternatively, ask us in writing by email or post. If you need any help to make your request, or if you need the information in another language or format, please contact us.
We will respond to you within 20 working days, Although we may ask you for more details.
Cost
In some cases, there is a cost for providing the information, which we will tell you in advance. Please note we may not supply information if the cost makes it unreasonable to do so.
