High School Yards - Littering & Graffiti

Please advise who is responsible for the steps at High School Yards; The Littering behind the locked gate, and if there is any correspondence with the responsible persons to improve the side of the building.

Resolution

The Council is responsible for the littering on the steps but they were closed off due to anti-social behaviour.

In regard to graffiti, this is private property and is not the responsibility of the Council.
