Other resources to support wellbeing for under 12

Childline toolkit

Childline have brilliant resources on their website for under 12’s including their make and play area and coping kit. There are lots of activities and videos, with tips and advice to support your emotions and wellbeing. There are also online games to help take your mind off things. We love Pop-Pop Candies.

If you are deaf there is a Deaf Zone and you can also access a counsellor through a BSL interpreter.

If you are 8 or older you can also set up a Childline account to access even more tools and resources like a mood journal and message boards.
