Lumi Nova: Tales of Courage is a fun online intergalactic adventure game. It helps you to learn how to manage fears or worries. You might get worried or fearful near dogs, speaking in front of other people or staying away from home, whatever your worries the game takes you on a fun adventure to learn how to break them down so that you can feel confident dealing with them.
The game was developed based on an approach called Cognitive Behaviour Therapy which research has shown can help children and adults to feel more confident dealing with anxiety or worry.
