Information about the register
The Short term let public register shows a summary of current licences and applications received. An application is only valid once the applicant has submitted a fully completed application form, all required supplementary documentation and the correct application fee to allow a full assessment of the application to take place.
The public register published on our website is not a “live” register in that it is not automatically updated when a change is made to an application. Any changes will only be reflected when the next register is published. The public register will be published on at least a monthly basis, normally on the first Monday of each month.
To find a specific address within the Register, follow these steps:
Press Ctrl+F within the spreadsheet
- Enter address or postcode within the pop up box
- click 'Find'
- This will highlight the cell you have searched

| Provisional licence number issued on receipt of a licence application from existing hosts only | P | For existing short term let operators, for properties which were let prior to the introduction of the licencing system on 1st October 2022, who apply for a full first licence before 1st October 2023, but who have not yet received a decision on their licence application |

Status of application
