You can report a Royal Mail post box or grey holding box that is no longer in use and adding to street clutter by emailing your details to monitor@royalmailpfs.com.
You will be sent a form to complete that will ask for the following information
- your name and contact details
- existing post box number
- what is the request is for (for example, removal of street furniture such as an unused post box)
- location of post box and if it is in private or public land (if known)
- general summary of the request and reasons why
