As a result of the Coronavirus emergency, the Council’s Leadership Advisory Panel agreed changes to the scheme of delegation which gave the Chief Planning Officer extended delegated powers to make decisions on applications which would have otherwise required to be determined as committee decisions.... Rosefield Park Management Plan
The perforated panels were selected to allow some airflow through the screen and to reduce the turbulence that would be created by solid elements.... Galvanised steel panels were used as a durable, cost- effective solution.... There are also interpretation panels which provide information on the history of the park.

The service has also established a Stakeholder Panel to advise it and hold it to account on the delivery of its improvement programme.... Ongoing Due to Covid restrictions we were unable to run our Stakeholder panels, but it is hoped we can re-introduce these in the coming year.... ✓ Re-introduce our stakeholder panels.
