The Great Big Awards Week” is being explored now to provide a weeklong event planned and delivered in partnership between the CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL Natural Heritage Service and the CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL Sports & Outdoor Learning Unit.... There are a number of local volunteer groups engaged on an annual basis and the Natural Heritage Service co-ordinate annual litter pick events as part of the keep Britain Tidy event each year where volunteers help to clear areas of the park of litter.
