    We plan to have York Place fully open to traffic by mid-April with the whole section complete by summer.... There will be one final nightshift for white lining works at St Andrew Square which is planned for late May and details will follow nearer the time.... Our plans have been approved by the Council’s environmental health team and every effort will be made to minimise noise during the night.
