    It's very difficult to provide a meaningful answer to questions like no 11, because a full plan (including financing) is needed before any personal view can be expressed on the issue.... Then we can prepare anything we plan to add in the plot e.g. preparing polythene covers or wooden supports etc.... This was a very long standing event and although the perception appeared to be that it only benefitted those who wished to take part, it could have been developed and made more accessible to all.
