As part of our recovery plan, SEPA implemented a phased rollout programme to restore critical services, re-establish critical communication systems to continue providing our priority regulatory, monitoring, flood forecasting and warning services.... Since July 2021, SEPA’s air modelling capacity has been restored and the modelling data for Edinburgh has been recovered successfully, though this has still resulted in a significant delay to work plans.... The LEZ rules were also considered when planning this stage of the modelling work.
