We support companies who wish to become a supplier by providing information on our procurement process. The information below guides you to where you can find current contracts, upcoming opportunities and the regulations that govern the process.
Bidding for our contracts
All current and upcoming regulated tender notices are published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) website where you can note interest and bid. You can sign up to email alerts on tender opportunities related to your company. This portal gives free access to contract opportunities in Scotland and offers help and support.
Framework providers and collaborative partners
We are required to review existing Council or collaborative frameworks that could achieve best value before undergoing a further competitive tender process. Currently, we collaborate with two framework providers.

Scotland Excel is the Centre of Procurement Expertise for the Scottish local government sector. There are opportunities for companies of all sizes to become suppliers.

Scottish Procurement through the Scottish Government provides a range of collaborative contracts that are accessible by local authorities.
