Notification of Footway Works on Constitution Street from Bernard Street/Baltic Street to Constitution Place

Hard landscaping and reinstatement works have started within the existing site set-up. In order to continue with these works we are extending our work space in to the footway.

These new temporary arrangements will see existing fence lines being extended towards properties with the commencement of hard landscaping/public realm works. Access will be maintained to properties which will lead into a temporary footway that will be created where required. Works are ongoing in the area will be cut into three phases. 

• Phase 1:  Between Tower Street and Constitution Place. The boths sides of the footway will be closed with an alternative route provided. This is to allow the completion of overheard line equipment, hard landscaping and public realm works. This will take place from June 2021 to late August 2021. 
• Phase 2: Footway closed at the corner of Baltic Street for completion of overheard line equipment, hard landscaping and public realm works. This will take place from June 2021 to late August 2021. 
• Phase 3: Between Tower Street and Baltic Street hard landscaping and public realm works will be ongoing from Wednesday 30 June to to late July 2021.  

These changes will be in place from Thursday 17 June 2021.
