We're a skilled, customer-focussed, multidisciplinary team who support residents in various ways. We see customers face to face in our locality hubs, host events in our buildings and answer thousands of online queries.
About our work
We have teams in our local offices across the city working directly with customers. We are also the contact centre who take calls for all council services- 24/7, 365 days a year!
We also deal with all virtual contact, including emails, X, Facebook, web chatbots and any online forms that residents submit via our website.
In addition, we are the Registrars team for Edinburgh, this means that we register all births, deaths, and marriages. We also host weddings and events year-round in our fabulous City Chambers venue.
